Frequently asked questions about the trips available on AnotherEvent
What types of packages are available?
You can choose between Hotel + Event Packages or Events-Only Party Packages.
Hotel + Event Packages include accommodations and entry to SinSunSoul events;
Events-Only Packages provide access to all parties but no lodging.
Is airfare included?
No. Airfare and flights are not included in any SinSunSoul package.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes!
Events-Only Packages: Payment plans available until December 31, 2025.
Hotel Packages: Payment plans available until March 12, 2026. After these dates, payment in full is required at booking.
How much is the booking deposit?
A $150 per-person, non-refundable deposit is due at booking and is applied toward your total package cost. Each booking also includes a one-time non-refundable booking fee ($19 for Events-Only or $39 for Hotel Packages).
When is final payment due?
March 13, 2026 (5 PM PST) is the final payment deadline.
After this date, new reservations must be paid in full at checkout.
What happens if I miss a payment?
A minimum monthly payment of $100 is required. Missed payments can result in late fees or automatic cancellation with penalties.
When does Early-Bird pricing end?
Early-Bird pricing ends October 31, 2025—book early for the lowest rate.
What is the check-in/out time?
Check-in is generally 3–4 PM, and check-out is 10–11 AM.
Please allow 1–2 hours for delays during peak times.
Will I earn hotel loyalty points?
No. Bookings made through SinSunSoul/ISTours do not qualify for hotel reward points.
Are airport transfers included?
Yes—complimentary round-trip transfers are included only if flight information is submitted by May 8, 2026.
Missed deadlines or flight changes are not refundable.
Where is the Party Zone located?
The Party Zone includes clubs like Mandala, The City Nightclub, Mandala Beach Club, Señor Frog’s, D’Cave, La Vaquita, Rakata, and Coco Bongo—just minutes from our partner hotels.
Can I change my reservation?
Yes, until April 15, 2026. Each change incurs a $25 fee plus any price difference.
After April 16, no changes of any kind are accepted.
What if I need to cancel?
All cancellations must be emailed by the main account holder from the registered email.
Fees apply as follows:
Jul 1 – Mar 12: $150 per person
Mar 13 – Apr 9: $600 per person + hotel fees
Apr 10 or later: No refunds (including no-shows or COVID-related cancellations)
Refunds (if eligible) are processed to the original payment method within 4–8 weeks.
Where do I pick up my party package?
Package pick-up details and event schedules are emailed one week before check-in to the email on file.
Can I upgrade my party package in Cancun?
Yes. Upgrades are cash-only (USD) and can be made on-site at the SinSunSoul Hospitality Desk at The City Nightclub.
What should I do if I have an issue at the hotel?
Report any issues immediately to both the hotel and on-site SinSunSoul staff.
SinSunSoul/ISTours is not responsible for hotel maintenance, renovations, or lost items.
